Fruition was developed in order to help businesses and individuals think creatively about their public image, build and foster business relationships and to coordinate publicity, advertising and other marketing tools in order to reach the most customers.

Carl Baumeister

Carl Baumeister is an expert in innovative  publicity.  “If I’m not anything else, I am creative,” he says.  With over 15 years experience in marketing, advertising, and public relations, Carl has worked with clients both domestic and international.  He has a keen sense for “what works” in promoting business, and can create not only provocative, cutting, effective marketing from scratch, but can also quickly find the flaws in any company’s marketing activities and correct them. 

Pamela Baumeister

Pamela Baumeister has been involved in many aspects of media. From acting in national and local commercials to co-hosting a Salt Lake City morning radio show to publishing articles in local and national publications. She also represented the Utah College of Massage Therapy Family of Schools as the Media Relations Coordinator.

Building relationships and trust with clients and media is her forte. She is persistent, hardworking, energetic and creative. She is happily married and the mother of three beautiful girls.

Dustin Nielsen

Dustin Nielsen is a compelling and charismatic addition to the Fruition Consultants staff. Writing and creativity are Dustin's strong points, and thinking outside the box is what keeps his clients wanting more.

Dustin has a keen eye for what's lacking in a campaign and can accommodate the various needs throughout your campaign strategy. His quick work and fun attitude is congenial, and his strong relationship building is the fabric of his servitude.
